Refund and Returns Policy

The Returns Policy is for goods purchased from the website, or over the telephone or by post.

Customers have a right to cancel their order and receive a full refund at any time from the date of contract up to the date we despatch the goods.

On receipt of goods the customer may return the goods, undamaged, within 7 working days, to receive a refund of the value of returned goods less any shipping costs incurred by KMS Railtech.

The customer will be liable for the costs of returning such goods.

Refunds will be settled promptly, but never more than 30 days of the cancellation or within 30 days of KMS Railtech receiving returned goods.

Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund, in their original condition, unused, with their original and undamaged packaging, within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.

Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount against the original form of tender.

Please note that in all cases postage or other return costs will be the customer''s responsibility except in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. We advise THAT YOU USE A TRACKED and INSURED RETURN DELIVERY.

PLEASE NOTE:

This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:

Goods which have been customised, modified or specially commissioned at the customer’s request and on the customer’s behalf.

Sound Decoders which have had a sound file uploaded will be accepted for return or cancellation, however, the refund will be for the value of the BLANK DECODER only.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. In the unlikely event of this being the case please return the goods to us.

Returns Procedure:

To return unsuitable purchase(s), we recommend that you contact us by phone or email to receive a Royal Mail returns label. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
